EGM Haldus is a company providing real estate management service. In our opinion, it is important to provide a high-quality, flexible and customer-focused service to our customers. We base our activities on the best practices of the Estonian Association of Real Estate Maintenance and on the Management and Maintenance of Facilities Standard (EVS 807:2016). We are specialised in providing first-rate administrative service for the commercial and private real estate sector. Our customers include real estate owners, investors, developers and companies that have entrusted us with the management of their real estate.
